He is an accredited LEED Green Associate and works on eco-friendly projects, many targeting the LEED or BREEAM green building certifications, as well as during the concept phase of projects coming up with the most applicable sustainability recommendations for each. He likes to draw, play and make board and video games. He is currently working on making a tricycle and mud bricks and has a special interest with human-powered devices and machines.

Seminar Content

These two consecutive seminars go over the role and goals of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) and explain how the LEED rating system works.

We will detail the certification requirements and process, and go through exam materials and samples of multiple choice exam questions from the LEED Green Associate exam to prepare the attendees to pass the LEED GA test.

The seminars are best taken with the rest of the Green Buildings & Sustainable Neighborhoods track series to gain the background knowledge needed to pass the exam.
